A railroad lamp, comprising: a suction-force swing device (1), a coil-spring elastic potential energy generating device (2), a time-setting device (3) and a light-emitting element (4). The swing device (1) comprises a suction panel (11) disposed on the front portion of a lamp post (41) and brackets (12), counterweights (13), a swing pawl (14), a positioning pawl (15), a ratchet (16), a first gearbox (17), and a connection plate (18) disposed on the lower housing (42) of the lamp post (41). The time-setting device (3) comprises a clock mechanism (7) and control rod mechanism (8). The time-setting device (3), by means of the clock mechanism (7), controls the coil-spring elastic potential energy generating device (2) to generate electricity at a specific time; the light-emitting element (4) is arranged on the upper portion of the lamp post (41) and is able to emit light at night as a result of the electricity generated by said generating device (2).
