The invention relates to a process for preparing health wine from the fruits of Chinese wolfberry and gynostemma pentaphylla. The process comprises the following steps: juicing the fruits of Chinese wolfberry, filtering, carrying out ethanol extraction on thepomace to obtain effective chemical components, mixing with gynostemma pentaphylla extract and alcohol to prepare medicinal liquor, mixing the medicinal liquor with a wine base coarse filtrate prepared by fermented sticky rice and millet, ageing for 6 months, and filtering, thus preparing the health wine with the peculiar flavor.
