The invention discloses magnetic jacket fabric. The magnetic jacket fabric is prepared from, by mass, 10-15 parts of polyester cotton, 8-10 parts of hollow cotton, 5-12 parts of acrylon, 1-5 parts of spandex, 3-7 parts of viscose filaments and 0.5-2.5 parts of magnetic health-care fibers. In this way, the magnetic jacket fabric can create a natural and uniform magnetic field environment, the function of a human body and the immunity are enhanced, the fabric has the advantages of being soft, strong in air permeability and comfortable in wearing, the purpose of the magnet therapy in daily dressing can be achieved, and the strong practical performance is achieved.
