The invention relates to an integrated extracting and separating method for active ingredients of Chinese stellera roots. According to the method, one or more kinds of high-polarity mixed solvents are adopted for extracting and concentrating the active ingredients of Chinese stellera roots synchronously, extract of a mixture of all the ingredients is obtained, then the corresponding ingredients are extracted through solvents of different polarities according to the similarity and intermiscibility principle, and all monomer ingredients are obtained with the combination of different chromatographic separation methods.
