The double-layered sand washing rotary screen comprises a rack, a double-layered screen, a driving mechanism and a waste collecting hopper, wherein the double-layered screen consists of an inner-layer screen and an outer-layer screen; the inner-layer screen and the outer-layer screen are in the shape of a truncated cone and are coaxial; a central shaft is arranged at the axial center of the double-layered screen; the double-layered screen sleeves the central shaft in a supporting manner through a plurality of supporting mechanisms; two ends of the central shaft respectively extend out of a large-head end and a small-head end of the double-layered screen, and are connected with the rack through bearing blocks; the end, which extends out of the small-head end of the double-layered screen, of the central shaft is connected with a driving mechanism through a coupler; and a notch of the waste collecting hopper faces upwards and is in contact with the outer wall of the lower part of the large-head end of the outer-layer screen. Materials can be conveniently fed into a plurality of double-layered sand washing rotary screens, and area of occupied space is reduced; and moreover, the screening distance of sand and stone mixtures in the double-layered screen which is in the shape of the truncated cone is long, and along with rotation of the double-layered screen, the sand and stone mixtures are fully screened.
