The invention provides a manipulating handle of a snowmobile. The manipulating handle of the snowmobile comprises a handle, adjusting rods, a fixed frame and a positioning assembly; one ends of the adjusting rods are fixedly connected with the handle, while the other ends of the adjusting rods are movably connected with the fixed frame; the fixed frame is of a rectangular frame structure; two adjusting rods are provided, which are oppositely inserted in two side edges of the fixed frame. The positioning assembly is arranged within the fixed frame and engaged with the adjusting rods. A plurality of positioning holes are formed in one section, connected with the fixed frame, of each adjusting rod at intervals in an axial direction; the positioning assembly comprises a guiding positioning piece, a spring, lock pins and a rocker; the spring is arranged in the middle of the guiding positioning piece; two lock pins are provided, which are nested in the guiding positioning piece, respectively, and one end of each lock pin is in contact with the spring, while the other end of the lock pin is used for engagement with the positioning holes of the corresponding adjusting rod.
