The invention discloses a seat armrest framework. An inner armrest framework cover and an outer armrest framework cover are buckled together. An armrest rotating shaft sleeve is installed in shaft holes correspondingly formed in the inner armrest framework cover and the outer armrest framework cover. The portions above and below the shaft hole of the inner armrest framework cover are each provided with an arc-shaped limiting hole concentric with the shaft hole. An insulation bowl is installed in a cavity defined by the inner armrest framework cover and the outer armrest framework cover and is an annular flat bottom bowl. The bowl top of the annular flat bottom bowl is welded to the inner wall of the inner armrest framework cover and is concentric with the corresponding shaft hole. The inner diameter of the annular flat bottom bowl is larger than the outer diameter of the arc-shaped limiting holes, so that foam raw materials are prevented from entering an inner cavity through the arc-shaped limiting holes in the inner armrest framework cover. When the armrest framework and foam are foamed together, the foam chemical raw materials are blocked to the arc-shaped limiting holes by the insulation bowl, and therefore waste of the chemical raw materials is greatly reduced.
