An electrocardiogram monitor lead wire winder comprises a base, a base disc and a winding carrier connecting the base with the base disc. A base hole is formed in the center of the base. A plurality of cylinders are arranged on a concentric circle with the center of the base as the circle center. A wire incoming and outgoing clamping groove is formed in the base and penetrates through the base from the base hole to the edge of the base. An outgoing wire clamping opening is formed in the portion, at the intersection of the wire incoming and outgoing clamping groove and the edge of the base, of the base. A base disc hole is formed in the center of the base disc. A plurality of grooves are formed in the edge of the base disc. The grooves correspond to the cylinders in position. The winding carrier is cylindrical, one end of the winding carrier penetrates through the base hole, and the other end of the winding carrier penetrates through the base disc hole. The base and the base disc are connected together through the winding carrier to form a winding groove. The electrocardiogram monitor lead wire winder has the advantages that lead wires are stored in the winding groove in order, and unclear and disordered winding caused by excessively-long lead wires can be avoided.
