The length-adjustable fluorescent lamp holder is characterized in that a telescopic sleeve (2) and the lamp feet (3) are arranged on a lamp holder body (1); the lamp feet (3) are arranged on the telescopic sleeve (2) and the lamp holder body (1); the lamp holder body (1) can stretch out and draw back in the lamp holder body (1); and a telescopic fixing bolt (4) for determining the telescopic length of the lamp holder body (1) is arranged on the telescopic sleeve (2). The length-adjustable fluorescent lamp holder has the beneficial effects that: the problem that a fluorescent lamp tube in the current market is not very standard, and the fluorescent lamp tube is not suitable for the fluorescent lamp holder is solved; and the length-adjustable fluorescent lamp holder can be used by lamp tubes with different lengths, for example lamp tubes of 20-40 watts.
