The apparatus comprises a power supply manager, an attitude sensor, a photoresistor, an infrared detector, a radio wave detector and a signal processor, wherein the power supply manager provides a voltage-stabilized power supply for the attitude sensor and the signal processor and simultaneously gives a control signal based on the signal processor so as to provide the voltage-stabilized power supply for the photoresistor, the infrared detector and the radio wave detector; the attitude sensor gives an electric signal A which is related to a mine body azimuth angle, a pitch angle and a roll angle; the photoresistor gives a resistance value signal B related to visible illumination intensity; the infrared detector gives an electric signal C related to infrared radiation intensity; the radio wave detector gives an electric signal D related to radio wave intensity; the signal processor determines whether a power supply control signal needs to be output according to acquisition A, collects the signals B, C and D, carries out information fusion processing and then gives a decision result whether the mine is salvaged and dismounted. By using the apparatus, power consumption is low and detection performance is reliable.
