The invention discloses a light and thin pentagonal cross-section fiber. The light and thin pentagonal cross-section fiber is formed by combining a pentagonal cross-section fiber, an animal fiber, a natural fiber and an organic fiber, wherein the pentagonal cross-section fiber accounts for 45-60% by mass of the light and thin pentagonal cross-section fiber; the animal fiber accounts for 20-27% by mass of the light and thin pentagonal cross-section fiber; the natural fiber accounts for 14-19% by mass of the light and thin pentagonal cross-section fiber; and the organic fiber accounts for 6-9% by mass of the light and thin pentagonal cross-section fiber. Therefore, the pentagonal cross-section fiber is light in texture, soft and high in cost performance.
