本发明公开了一种用于光伏太阳能组件的装箱设备及装箱方法，通过对打包托盘进行改进，使得组件底面与打包托盘间形成可供打包带穿过的空间，方便打包带穿过进行包装。通过采用翻转机构带动其上的成托组件整体翻转后装箱，无需人员手动操作，降低工作量，提高工作效率。通过在装箱设备一侧设置升降台并配合滑轮输送成托组件，有效降低工作量，提高工作效率。

The invention discloses a boxing device and method for a photovoltaic solar assembly. By improving a packaging tray, a space for a packaging belt to penetrate through is formed between the bottom face of the assembly and the packaging tray, and the packaging belt can conveniently penetrate through the space for packaging. A supporting assembly is driven by a turning mechanism to be overall turned for boxing without being manually operated by people, workloads are reduced, and work efficiency is improved. A lifting table is arranged on one side of the boxing device, matched with a pulley and used for conveying the supporting assembly, workloads are effectively reduced, and work efficiency is improved.
