本发明公开了一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水，由以下重量份的原料制成：颜料10～25份、保湿剂5～10份、纳米钛白粉2～6份、三乙醇胺1～5份、表面活性剂5～10份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂1～4份、控制剂2～6份、杀菌剂2～7份、柠檬酸1～5份、甘油1～4份、添加剂1～3份、其余为去离子水。通过上述方式，本发明一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水，具有渲染效果好、图案色彩清晰、粘接牢固、吸收能力强的特点，主要用于四周类面料刺绣色彩的渲染。

The invention discloses active ink for real silk fabric embroidery. The active ink is prepared form, by weight, 10-25 parts of pigments, 5-10 parts of humectants, 2-6 parts of nanometer titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of triethanolamine, 5-10 parts of surfactant, 1-4 parts of butylated melamine resin, 2-6 parts of control agent, 2-7 parts of bactericide, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 1-4 parts of glycerinum, 1-3 parts of additive and the balance deionized water. In this way, the active ink for real silk fabric embroidery has the advantages that the rendering effect is good, patterns are clear in color, bonding is firm, and absorbing ability is strong. The active ink is mainly used for rendering of color in all-around fabric embroidery.
