The invention discloses an anti-collision method which is used for anti-collision of a connecting structure for making an executive component connected to the tail end of a drive component. The anti-collision method includes the following steps that (1) a guide mechanism with one end connected to the executive component and the other end connected to the drive component is arranged on the executive component; (2) a buffer component composed of elastomers is arranged on the guide mechanism; and (3) when impacted during operation of the drive component, the executive component moves upwards under action of guidance of the guide mechanism, and the buffer component conducts buffering, so that the executive component is prevented from directly impacting the tail end of the drive component. According to the anti-collision drive structure and the anti-collision method thereof, the guide mechanism and the buffer component composed of the elastomers are arranged at the connecting position of the drive component and the executive component, so that the situation that the impact force affects the drive component when the executive component is impacted is avoided, and then the operation efficiency of the drive component is ensured; and meanwhile, neither workpieces nor products are damaged, and then the qualified rate of product manufacturing is ensured.
