The invention relates to a split reverse powerful rotor mixer which is characterized by comprising a rotating shaft (6), wherein the rotating shaft (6) comprises a rotor section; a cylinder covers the periphery of the rotor section; the cylinder comprises a left half cylinder (11) and a right half cylinder (12); during mixing, the left half cylinder (11) is fixedly connected with the right half cylinder (12); during discharging, the left half cylinder (11) is separated from the right half cylinder (12). The split reverse powerful rotor mixer disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high working efficiency, good mixing effect and low energy consumption.
