Disclosed is mechanical equipment for manufacturing a trapezoidal inserting X pile. An inserting pile forming machine, an octagonal pile forming machine and a process of teamwork of the inserting pile forming machine and the octagonal pile forming machine are included; a plurality of cemented soil octagonal piles are manufactured, and when cemented soil strength of the octagonal piles reaches a certain, a cemented soil inserting pile is manufactured on each of the left portion, the right portion, the front portion and the rear portion of each octagonal pile through the inserting pile forming machine according to the working manner of the inserting pile forming machine; concave trapezoids of the cemented soil inserting piles on the left portion, the right portion, the front portion and the rear portion of each cemented soil octagonal pile are matched with convex trapezoids of the cemented soil inserting piles on the left portion, the right portion, the front portion and the rear portion of the corresponding cemented soil octagonal pile correspondingly; and accordingly, a plurality of X piles formed by combining the cemented soil inserting piles and the cemented soil octagonal piles are formed and are used for reinforcing treatment of a weak foundation.
