The invention discloses an integral assembly method for a low-light image intensifier. The integral assembly method is mainly applied to integral assembly of an erecting low-light image intensifier. According to the main technical scheme, the integral assembly method comprises the following steps: (A) center calibration of an image intensifier tube; (B) initial assembly; (C) final assembly for centering; (D) potting; and (E) inspection. An application proves that the development purpose is completely achieved; the technical problem that the coaxiality of an input center of the low-light image intensifier and a housing center cannot be controlled is fundamentally solved; the image alignment error and the effective output diameter conform to the technical requirements; the performance quality of the low-light image intensifier is effectively improved; and the production cost is reduced.
