The invention relates to a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensing method for histamine rapid detection. An electrochemical sensor for detecting histamine through a molecularly imprinted membrane is established based on a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPS) containing a large number of imprinted holes. The material has no obvious cross reactivity to structural analogues and still has adsorptivity to histamine after elution and regeneration are conducted 20 times. Compared with a traditional detection technology, the method has the advantages of being low in synthesis cost, good stability, capable of bearing extreme temperature and pH environments and good reproducibility. After the sensor is added into a 0.1M HCl solution to be reproduced, the sensor can be reused. The optimal detection pH is 8. The standard curve formula is y=3.440l
