The invention discloses a moisturizing and moistening mask containing wild apricots and eucommia and a preparation method thereof. The mask comprises the following components: an emulsifying agent, a co-emulsifying agent, a skin moistening agent, a solvent, a thickening agent, a moisturizing agent, a preservative, a neutralizing agent, a skin conditioner and an aromatic. According to the invention, apricot oil and eucommia seed oil are effectively combined, so that the ageing resistance of the skin is greatly increased, the elasticity of the skin is kept, and the allergic reaction of the skin is effectively reduced; cherry blossom extract is added to serve as the moisturizing agent, and natural moisturizing ingredients are artificially synthesized into a moisturizing ingredient compound, so that the moisturizing time of the skin is greatly prolonged; and the cherry blossom extract contains cherry blossom pink baby, so that the skin can be further moistened.
