本发明公开一种提高油漆耐光性能的方法，属于油漆制造技术领域。本发明包括先在油漆中加入占油漆质量2%～5%的添加剂混合均匀，然后再摊开至厚度为5厘米～10厘米，并用波长为0.002纳米～0.004纳米的X射线照射5分钟～10分钟；其中，所述添加剂按重量份计，由松香20份～30份、石油15份～20份以及腰果酚5份～8份组成。通过本发明，可以有效的提高其耐光性能。

The invention discloses a method for improving the lightproof performance of a paint, and belongs to the technical field of production of paints. The method comprises the following steps: adding an additive accounting for 2-5% of the mass of a paint to the paint, uniformly mixing the additive and the paint, spreading the obtained mixture until the thickness is 5-10cm, and irradiating the spread mixture with X rays with the wavelength of 0.002-0.004nm for 5-10min, wherein the additive comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of rosin, 15-20 parts of petroleum and 5-8 parts of cardanol. The method can effectively improve the lightproof performance of the paint.
