本发明公开了一种抗菌油漆，涉及化工涂料技术领域。本发明抗菌油漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成：酚醛树脂20份～30份，环氧树脂15份～25份，磷酸1份～3份，硅酸钠1份～5份，异辛酸锌0.5份～2份，硼酸2份～5份，硫酸铝0.5份～2份，一水柠檬酸2份～3份，玻璃粉1份～5份，甲苯30份～40份，对苯二酚3份～6份，抗菌剂0.1份～1份。本发明抗菌油漆抗菌率达90％以上，抗菌防霉效果显著。

The invention discloses antibacterial oil paint and relates to the technical field of chemical paint. The antibacterial oil paint is prepared from, by weight, 20-30 parts of phenolic resin, 15-25 parts of epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of phosphoric acid, 1-5 parts of sodium silicate, 0.5-2 parts of zinc isocaprylic acid, 2-5 parts of boric acid, 0.5-2 parts of aluminum sulfate, 2-3 parts of citric acid monohydrate, 1-5 parts of glass dust, 30-40 parts of methylbenzene, 3-6 parts of hydroquinone and 0.1-1 part of antibacterial agent. The antibacterial rate of the antibacterial oil paint can reach 90% or more, and antibacterial and antimould effects are remarkable.
