The invention relates to the field of a waste disposal device, in particular to a reducing presser for kitchen wastes. The reducing presser for the kitchen wastes comprises a feed box. A filtrate collecting bowl is connected with the lower end of the feed box in a sealed mode. A discharge port of the feed box is sequentially connected with a reducing box, a transition box, a filter cartridge and a discharge box which are arranged coaxially. A discharge port with an opening downwards is arranged on the discharge box. A rotation shaft is arranged under a feed port in the feed box. One end of the rotation shaft sequentially penetrates through the reducing box, the transition box and the filter cartridge and extends into the discharge box. A helical blade is placed on the rotation shaft in the axial direction. A motor which drives the rotation shaft to rotate is also mounted on the feed box. The reducing presser for the kitchen wastes is used for preprocessing the kitchen wastes before the kitchen wastes enter a centrifugal dehydrator. Liquid-phase matter collecting operation is carried out for three times during pressing, therefore, the dehydration efficiency is good, the disposal waste volume is decreased in a certain extent, the dehydration efficiency is effectively improved and the moisture of dehydrates is reduced.
