The invention relates to a four-hole one-way highway tunnel structure which comprises incoming highways and heading highways. The incoming highways and the heading highways are oppositely arranged side by side and are four-lane roads. Branches of the incoming highways are a slow vehicle incoming highway and a fast vehicle incoming highway. Branches of the heading highways are a slow vehicle heading highway and a fast vehicle heading highway. The fast vehicle incoming highway and the fast vehicle heading highway are located at the adjacent positions. Each branch of the highway is connected with an independent tunnel hole. The positions, located inside and outside the corresponding tunnel holes, of the slow vehicle incoming highway and the slow vehicle heading highway are each provided with two slow lanes. The positions, located inside and outside the corresponding tunnel holes, of the fast vehicle incoming highway and the fast vehicle heading highway are each provided with three fast lanes. Each one-way four-lane road is divided into the branches including the three fast lanes and two slow lanes at the position near a tunnel portal, fast vehicles and slow vehicles enter the independent tunnel holes correspondingly, the situation that the fast vehicles and the slow vehicles run in a mixed flow manner in a tunnel is avoided, the passage efficiency and safety can be remarkably improved, and the construction cost is saved by about 25% compared with that of the scheme that a single tunnel hole contains four lanes.
