The lower end of a support frame is fixedly connected to an insulating base; a cylinder is fixed on the insulating base at one side of the support frame; an upper water-cooled electrode is fixed at the upper end of the support frame; the lower end of a rectangular tube is fixedly connected to the upper water-cooled electrode; the middle part of an upper graphite cone is embedded inside the upper water-cooled electrode and the upper part of the upper graphite cone is arranged inside the rectangular tube; a lower water-cooled electrode is fixed at the upper end of a piston of the cylinder; a lower graphite cone is fixed inside the lower water-cooled electrode; a graphite tube is arranged between the lower graphite cone and the upper graphite cone; a central tube is disposed inside the rectangular tube; the lower end of the central tube is communicated with the upper graphite cone; a rectangular tube seal ring is arranged between the upper graphite cone and the rectangular tube; a central tube seal ring is disposed between the central tube and the upper graphite cone; the upper part of the rectangular tube is provided with a loading coil; the middle part of the rectangular tube is equipped with a cooling gas and a high-voltage ignition inlet and a shield gas inlet; and the top of the rectangular tube is equipped with a rectangular tube side-opening and a rectangular tube axial-opening.
