The invention discloses a folio elevator door closing safety protection device. The folio elevator door closing safety protection device comprises two folio elevator doors; multiple horizontal inner grooves are formed in the elevator doors; through holes are formed in the end parts of the inner grooves, and are positioned on opposite side surfaces of the elevator doors; cross bars are arranged in the inner grooves, and penetrate through the through holes; limiting blocks are mounted at one ends, in the inner grooves, of the cross bars; springs are mounted between the limiting blocks and the inner walls of the inner grooves for giving a tension to the cross bars; magnetic blocks are mounted at the other ends of the cross bars; and the magnetic blocks of the corresponding cross bars mutually attract. After the elevator doors are closed, the magnetic blocks on the cross bars on the opposite sides of the elevator doors mutually attract; and when the elevator doors are opened, two cross bars in the same position are still connected to prevent people from accessing an elevator vexedly, the elevator doors are continuously opened to separate the magnetic blocks between the cross bars, and the cross bars are retracted into the elevator doors under the tension of the springs. The time consumed by the process is totally enough for passengers to observe the environment of the elevator after opening of the elevator doors, so that the injury caused by vexedly accessing the elevator in elevator faults is prevented.
