The present invention relates to an environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet thermal-insulation glass, which comprises a glass substrate, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the glass substrate are respectively provided with an anti-ultraviolet layer and a thermal-insulation layer, the anti-ultraviolet coating is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 1 part of xylem fiber, 5 parts of diatomite, 8 parts of a polyolefin resin, 10-15 parts of a flame retardant agent, 5-10 parts of a film forming auxiliary agent, 15-25 parts of an acrylic acid emulsion, 50-80 parts of a filler, 2 parts of nanometer calcium carbonate, 3 parts of oxidized polypropylene ester, and 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant, and the thermal-insulation layer is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 25-35 parts of an acrylic acid resin, 30-40 parts of solvent, 1-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of an anti-settling agent, 10-20 parts of a nanometer thermal-insulation filler, 15-25 parts of cellulose, and 0.5-2 parts of an adhesion addition agent. The environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet thermal-insulation glass of the present invention has the good thermal insulation performance and can effectively prevent ultraviolet ray corrosion.
