The invention relates to novel heat insulating glass with an ultraviolet-proof coating. The novel heat insulating glass comprises a glass substrate, and two surfaces of the glass substrate are provided with the ultraviolet-proof coating and a heat insulating layer respectively. The ultraviolet-proof coating is prepared from, by weight, 0.5-2 parts of organic hypophosphite, 1-2 parts of a catalyst, 1-1.5 parts of a surfactant, 3.2-4.5 parts of butyl hydroxy anisole, 7.2-8.6 parts of emulsion and 2.3-3.6 parts of a solvent. The heat insulating layer is prepared from, by weight, 25-35 parts of acrylic resin, 30-40 parts of a solvent, 1-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of an anti-settling agent, 10-20 parts of nano heat insulating filler, 15-25 parts of cellulose and 0.5-2 parts of an adhesion improving agent. The novel heat insulating glass with the ultraviolet-proof coating is excellent in heat insulating performance and effective in protection of human bodies from erosion of ultraviolet.
