The invention relates to high-transparency anti-ultraviolet thermal-insulation glass. The glass comprises a glass body. The glass body comprises a glass substrate and a colorant. The colorant comprises 0.9-2.0wt% of Fe2O3, 0.17-0.52wt% of FeO, 0.1-1wt% of TiO2, 250-800PPM of Cr2O3 and 40-150PPM of CoO. A thermal-insulation layer is arranged on the surface of the glass body. The thermal-insulation layer is prepared with the following raw materials, by weight: 25-35 parts of acrylic resin, 30-40 parts of a solvent, 1-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of an anti-settling agent, 10-20 parts of a nano-grade heat-insulation filler, 15-25 parts of cellulose, and 0.5-2 parts of an adhesion enhancing agent. The high-transparency anti-ultraviolet thermal-insulation glass provided by the invention has good thermal-insulation performance. The glass can effectively block sunlight, and can effectively prevent ultraviolet damage to human.
