The invention provides a method for preventing wine wrong conveying during wine automatic filling. A DCS automatic control system is adopted. The method comprises the steps of blending semi-finished-product wine in a stored base liquor composition, conveying the semi-finished-product wine to a temporary storage area, conveying the semi-finished-product wine of the temporary storage area to a filling area, adopting automatic wine comparison and judgment programs, and setting a wine comparison and judgment automatic control program between the temporary storage area and the filling area of the semi-finished-product wine, wherein wine comparison and judgment comprises comparison and judgment of wine conveyed by the temporary area and the filling area and the alcohol content. Therefore, happening of wrong wine conveying is effectively eradicated and prevented, labor intensity of workers is reduced, and economic losses of an enterprise are avoided.
