The device comprises an adsorption type drying machine, an air inlet pipeline, an air outlet pipeline and an air supply pipeline communicated with the air outlet pipeline, wherein the adsorption type drying machine is provided with a moisture-containing compressed air inlet, a dry compressed air outlet and a control system air inlet, which are communicated with the air inlet pipeline, the air outlet pipeline and the air supply pipeline respectively; the control system air inlet is communicated with a control system of the adsorption type drying machine; dry compressed air flowing out from the dry compressed air outlet sequentially passes through the air outlet pipeline and the air supply pipeline and then flows into the control system air inlet, so as to supply air to the control system of the adsorption type drying machine. Compared with the prior art, the dry compressed air discharged by the adsorption type drying machine is used as an air supply source of the control system of the adsorption type drying machine and the purity and quality of the air source are greatly improved, so that the operation reliability and operation efficiency of the adsorption type drying machine are improved and the maintenance cost is reduced.
