The invention relates to a pile hole hoisting device which comprises a supporting arm supported in a ground pile hole. The two ends of the supporting arm are symmetrically provided with slide adsorption assemblies; the middle of the supporting arm is provided with a suspension block which is provided with a cable in a suspended mode; each slide adsorption assembly comprises a roller rotatably installed at the end of the supporting arm and magnetic suckers installed on the supporting arm through a bracket; an adsorption gap is formed between each magnetic sucker and the inner wall of the ground pile hole; the portion, located on one side of the suspension block, of the supporting arm is of a multi-section structure and comprises an inner section, a middle section and an outer section arranged outward from the pile hole center; the inner section is hinged to the supporting arm; the middle section is hinged to the inner section and the outer section; the hinge joints of the inner section, the middle section and the outer section are each provided with a limiting rotary block; and the hinge joint of the inner section and the middle section is provided with a suspension base which is provided with a pulling rope in a suspended mode. According to the pile hole hoisting device, by adopting the slide adsorption assemblies at the two ends of the supporting arm, the tension required by the pulling rope during descending is largely reduced, the resistance to the supporting arm during ascending is reduced, operation is easy, labor intensity is lowered, and using is safe and reliable.
