The method includes that an amino bonded silica gel column is adopted as a chromatographic column, a mixed solvent composed of hexane, methanol and tetrahydrofuran is adopted as a moving phase, a universal detector is adopted as a detector, 1-3 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether to be measured is weighed, and the moving phase is added to prepare a sample solution of 0.1-10mg ml-1; the sample solution is injected respectively, the moving phase which is prepared well is used for isocratic elution, and relative percentage content of a target chromatographic peak is calculated by using an area normalization method after chromatographic peak elution is completed. The liquid chromatography analysis method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in measuring, comprehensiveness in information and easiness in popularization.
