The invention relates to a digital printing method of a high count and high density pure cotton home textile fabric. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out low-temperature plasma treatment, padding a pretreatment solution, drying before printing, carrying out digital printing, drying after printing, carrying out dry heat for fixation, rinsing with cold water, washing with warm water, soaping, cleaning with warm water, drying and obtaining a finished product. The product produced by the method is smooth in surface, soft in luster, soft in hand feel, good in moisture absorption, good in air permeability, unique in appearance, good in skin-touch, good in drapability, good in abrasive resistance, comfortable to wear, bright in color, and smooth in texture.
