The multiplication culture medium is prepared from a B5 culture medium, 0.5 to 1mg/L of 6-benzyl adenine, 0.2 to 0.5mg/L of 2,4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid, 0.1 to 0.2mg/L of gibberellic acid, 0.5 to 1g of vitamin E, 1,000-1,500mg/L of rauwolfia latex and 30 to 40g/L of cane sugar. By adopting the rauwolfia rapid multiplication culture medium, the survival rate of rauwolfia seedlings is over 90 percent; moreover, the culture medium has a wide component source, a high multiplication speed and a high multiplication coefficient, and is suitable for industrial production.
