本发明涉及一种含负离子且可水洗的大豆纤维被及其制备方法，含负离子且可水洗的大豆纤维被包括被芯填充物，所述被芯填充物由如下重量百分比的组分制成：大豆纤维30‑50%、尼龙纤维10‑20%、涤纶纤维10‑20%、玉米蛋白纤维5‑20%和细绒棉5‑20%。该方法制备的产品克服了大豆纤维被不可水洗、不可氯漂、不可熨烫的缺点，提高了大豆纤维被的功能性，而且具有释放负离子功能，提高了相关家纺产品的质量和档次。

The invention relates to a washable soybean fiber quilt containing negative ions and a manufacturing method thereof. The washable soybean fiber quilt containing negative ions comprises a quilt core filler. The quilt core filler is manufactured from, by weight, 30-50% of soybean fiber, 10-20% of nylon fiber, 10-20% of nylon fiber, 10-20% of polyester fiber, 5-20% of corn protein fiber and 5-20% of fine staple cotton. The quilt manufactured through the method overcomes the defects that an existing soybean fiber quilt is not washable, cannot be bleached and cannot be ironed, improves the functionality of the soybean fiber quilt, has the function of releasing negative ions, and improves the quality and grade of related home textiles.
