The invention belongs to the field of jittering laser gyro sensors and particularly relates to a method for timely monitoring the working state of a jittering wheel in static testing. The method timely monitors the working condition of the jittering wheel by detecting the jittering amplitude of the jittering wheel, and the jittering amplitude of the jittering wheel cannot be directly measured. A laser gyro serves as an angular rate sensor and is sensitive to input brought by jittering when being sensitive to input of the inertial space. During static testing, the offset frequency amount of the output beat frequency is proportional to the jittering amplitude of the jittering wheel (the jittering frequency is unchanged), so that the jittering condition can be monitored by detecting the output offset frequency amount of the gyro.
