The silicon controlled dimming full scope non-flicker circuit comprises a dimming circuit and a flicker eliminating circuit connected with the dimming circuit. The flicker eliminating circuit comprises an MOS tube, which is connected with the positive pole or the negative pole of the output end of the dimming circuit. By adopting the combination between the dimming circuit and the flicker eliminating circuit, the dimming circuit is provided with a silicon controlled dimming chip, and when the MOS tube works in a constant current region, the voltage of the grid and the voltage of the source of the MOS tube are unchanged, and current flowing through the drain and the source of the MOS tube is constant, and therefore full power section non-flicker phenomenon of a power factor is realized, stable working of LED is guaranteed, and damages on users caused by LED flicker are prevented.
