The invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell and a method. The organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell is characterized in that a copper-aluminum-sulfur thin film prepared by a low-temperature chemical bath method is used for replacing a traditional PEDOT: PSS as a hole transport layer, so that the cost of battery preparation can be lowered, large-scale production can be realized easily, and the device stability is high on the premise that the energy conversion efficiency and filling factor are guaranteed. And the organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell has the great potential application value. Besides, the preparation method of the cell comprises: a copper-aluminum-sulfur film is prepared by using a low-temperature chemical bath method; a P3HT: PCBM organic film is arranged on the film; a metal is evaporated on the surface of P3HT: PCBM; and under inert gas protection, annealing is carried out for 10 min at 150 DEG C.
