The invention provides a vehicle theft prevention method based on driving behaviors. The method comprises the steps that characteristic input signals of a vehicle from a stop state to a start state to the next stop state are collected, and the characteristic input signals comprise operations of a user to different controlled parts of the vehicle, interval time between different operations and remaining time of the operations; and the collected characteristic input signals are transformed to corresponding base numbers, all the base numbers are multiplied by corresponding scale coefficients correspondingly and then added together, an outlier is obtained, and alarming is conducted when the outlier is greater than a set value. According to the vehicle theft prevention method based on driving behaviors, additional adding of theft prevention controllers and actuators is not needed, a system of the vehicle is simpler, and cost is lower; theft prevention is achieved through a driving operation method, an external device breaking an theft prevention alarm is not needed, and reliability of the system is enhanced; and because theft prevention is conducted in a vehicle control unit,, safety and reliability are better.
