The invention discloses an extraction method of seabuckthorn flavone. The extraction method comprises the following steps: selecting a raw material: selecting pulp and leaves of seabuckthorn, cleaning the pulp and leaves thoroughly and crushing the same to be used as the raw material; extraction: adding a solvent into the raw material to extract to obtain a mixture A and performing solid and liquid separation on the mixture A to obtain an extraction liquid B and a solid C; concentration: evaporating the extraction liquid B at a reduced pressure to obtain a concentrate D and recovering the solvent; degreasing: degreasing and filtering the concentrate D to obtain a paste E and a solid F; and drying: drying the paste E to obtain a seabuckthorn flavone finished product. By primary extraction, the yield of seabuckthorn flavone can reach 98.5% and the mass percentage of seabuckthorn flavone can reach 40%. The obtained seabuckthorn flavone product meets the requirement of state health standards. The used solvent and entrainer in the application can be recovered and recycled, and the waste of the reagent is only about 3%.
