The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, and provides an underwater wellhead connector. The underwater wellhead connector comprises a hollow body, a shell, a driving piece, locking pieces, unlocking pieces and a sealing ring assembly, wherein the locking pieces can simultaneously act on the body and a connected piece, namely, force is supplied to the two sides of the body and the two sides of the connected piece, and accordingly, a ring can be formed between the body, the locking pieces, the connected piece and a metal sealing ring; and moreover, the unlocking pieces can move in the radial direction along with axial movement of the driving piece so that the locking pieces can be thoroughly and quickly separated from the body and the connected piece, and namely, quick and complete unlocking operation can be completed. The underwater wellhead connector provided by the invention is good in locking and sealing effects, high in reliability, capable of conducting quick, complete and effective unlocking operation, long in service life and high in practicality.
