The invention discloses anti-rusting and antibacterial metal cutting fluid for preparing medical equipment. The anti-rusting and antibacterial metal cutting fluid is prepared from the following raw materials: polyol ester, castor oil polyoxyethylene ester, fatty alcohol alkoxylate, a polyisobutylene succinic anhydride derivative, triethanolamine, polyester, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 3-iodo-2-propynyl butyl carbamate, 1,2-benzisothiazolin, benzotriazole, diglycolamine, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-amino-4-octanol, polyether amine, 2-amino-1-butanol, ethylene oxide cyclohexylamine, Guerbet alcohol, an anti-rusting enhancing agent, a modified anti-rusting agent, a compound extreme-pressure agent, a modified antibacterial agent and a de-foaming agent. The cutting fluid disclosed by the invention is used for preparing the medical equipment and has excellent anti-rusting and antibacterial performances.
