The invention provides an infusion bag automatic turnover and sorting system comprising a first conveying line, a second conveying line, an on-line reinspection scale, a third conveying line, a flattening device, a rejecting device, a first collecting hopper, a visual device, an industrial light source, a robot, a rack, a clamp, a suction disc, a coder, a fourth conveying line, a fifth conveying line and a second collecting hopper. Through the visual device in the technical scheme, intelligent sorting of infusion bags is achieved, sorting mistakes in infusion bag sorting work are reduced, the workload of manual sorting is also reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; weighing reinspection of the infusion bags is achieved through the arranged on-line reinspection scale; the suction disc is controlled through a vacuum generator; and waste gas generated by the vacuum generator is exhausted to outdoor space through an air storage device and a gas exhaust pipe, so that purifying treatment of gas exhausting is achieved.
