The invention relates to a technology for quick sulfonation and neutralizing reaction. The technology comprises the following steps of adding organic matters into a super-gravity sulfonation reactor; mixing SO3 gas and dry air with dew point lower than -50 DEG C, and cooling to 40 to 50 DEG C, so as to form mixed gas; mixing SO3 and organic raw material according to a gas and liquid ratio of (1 to 1.5) to 1, introducing the mixed gas into the super-gravity sulfonation reactor, and performing sulfonation reaction at the temperature of 5 to 130 DEG C, so as to obtain a sulfonation product; directly sending the sulfonation product into a turbulence neutralizer, sending process water and alkaline water into the turbulence neutralizer, and neutralizing until the pH (potential of hydrogen) value of the mixture is 8 to 11 at the pressure of 0.2 to 0.6MPa and temperature of 5 to 80 DEG C; sending the obtained mixture into a gas and liquid separator to separate gas and liquid, exhausting the gas out of a gas air exhaust port at the upper part of the gas and liquid separator, and draining the liquid product out of a drain port at the lower part of the gas and liquid separator. The technology has the advantages that the reaction efficiency is high, the investment is little, the energy consumption is low, the content of effective matter in the product is high, and the luster is good.
