The invention discloses an integrated ventilation cooling heat recovery device. The device comprises an enclosed ventilation system, a single refrigeration system and a heat recovery refrigeration system, wherein the enclosed ventilation system comprises an air return segment, an air delivery duct, an air inlet filter, heating equipment and an air return duct which are connected to form a circulation air duct, the single refrigeration system and the heat recovery refrigeration system comprise a single refrigeration circulation system, a heat recovery refrigeration circulation system, a heating circulation system and a spraying circulation system, the enclosed ventilation system is used for realizing heat circulation of residual heat of the heating equipment, the single refrigeration circulation system and the spraying circulation system are utilized to remove a part of heat radiated by the heating equipment, the heat recovery refrigeration circulation system and the heating circulation system are utilized to realize recovery of the residual heat, and thereby economical heat exhaust and residual heat recovery of the equipment are realized. The device is advantaged in that water cooling risks can be avoided, problems of the poor air cooling effect and non-economical operation can be solved, environment noise of the equipment can be effectively controlled, and investment and operation cost are saved.
