一种高选择性烷基磷酸单酯的合成方法是以脂肪醇或脂肪醚为原料,以磷酸为磷酸化试剂,加入催化剂,通过减压反应一步合成烷基磷酸单酯,通过本发明合成的产物中单酯选择性高、单酯含量高,附加值高,可应用于化妆品等高端护肤产品中,同时本发明工艺简单,反应条件温和,反应速度快,是一种环境友好的绿色合成方法。

The invention discloses a synthetic method of high-selectivity alkyl phosphate monoester. The synthetic method is characterized in that fatty alcohol or aliphatic ether are taken as raw materials, phosphoric acid is taken as a phosphorylation agent, a catalyst is added, and a reduced pressure reaction is performed to obtain the alkyl phosphate monoester by one step. The product synthesized by the synthetic method has the advantages of high monoester selectivity, high monoester content, high added value, and can be applied to high-end skin care products such as cosmetics; meanwhile the synthetic method is simple, is mild in reaction conditions, is high in reaction speed, and is environment-friendly.
