本发明公开了一种PVC塑料管材，由下述重量份的原料制备而成：PVC树脂96-104份、柠檬酸三丁酯16-24份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯36-44份、硬脂酸0.3-0.5份、亚磷酸三苯酯0.6-0.9份、二氧化钛2-4份、石蜡0.4-0.7份、ACR助剂0.6-1.8份、稳定剂1.5-4.5份、无机抗菌剂1.5-4.5份。本发明PVC塑料管材，具有较高的热稳定性和弹性，能抵抗常见细菌，具有较好的抗菌、防霉效果。

The invention discloses a PVC plastic pipe, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 96 to 104 parts of PVC resin, 16 to 24 parts of tributyl citrate, 36 to 44 parts of acetyl tributyl citrate, 0.3 to 0.5 part of stearic acid, 0.6 to 0.9 part of triphenyl phosphite, 2 to 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.4 to 0.7 part of paraffin, 0.6 to 1.8 parts of ACR additive, 1.5 to 4.5 parts of stabilizer and 1.5 to 4.5 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent. The PVC plastic pipe disclosed by the invention has higher thermal stability and elasticity, resistance to common bacteria and better antibacterial and antimould effects.
