本发明涉及测试计数装置，用于测量几何形状对称的扁平形物体的静不平衡度。它由三个传感器、计算机数字处理系统、支承盘、定位销及机架组成。将被测工件平放在支承盘上，由于支承盘底面与三个传感器的圆球形触头接触，传感器将采集的信号通过计算机数字处理系统，便直接瞬时显示出该工件的不平衡度。本发明结构简单，精度高，使用方便，制造成本低。

This invention relates to a testing-counting device for measuring the static unbalance of a geometrically symmetric flat object. It consists of three sensors, computerized digital processing system, supporting tray, positioning pin and machine frame. The object to be measured is horizontally placed on the supporting tray of which the bottom face is in contact with the spheroidal probes of three sensors, and the signals collected by the sensors pass through the computerized digital processing system and the static unbalance of the said object is immediately displayed. This invention features simple structure, high precision, convenience for use and low manufacturing cost.
