摘要：
一种烷基磷酸单酯的合成方法是以磷酸和P2O5混合物为磷酸化试剂，以脂肪醇或脂肪醚为原料，均匀混合后，在真空度0.02‑0.08MＰa，反应温度70‑120℃、搅拌转速200‑700r/min条件下反应1‑15h，得到产品。本发明具有单酯选择性高、单酯含量高，环境友好的优点。

The invention provides a synthetic method for alkyl monophosphate. According to the invention, a mixture of phosphoric acid and P2O5 is used as a phosphorylation reagent, and fatty alcohol or aliphatic ether is used as a raw material; and the raw material and the phosphorylation reagent are uniformly mixed and then subjected to a reaction under the conditions of a vacuum degree of 0.02 to 0.08 MPa, a reaction temperature of 70 to 120 DEG C and an agitation speed of 200 to 700 r/min for 1 to 15 h so as to obtain alkyl monophosphate. The synthetic method provided by the invention has the advantages of high monoester selectivity, high monoesters content and friendliness to environment.
