The invention provides a digital lock. The digital lock is used for a cable wellhead cover plate. The digital lock comprises a passive digital lock sensor end and a digital key end. An electronic key password is stored in the digital key end and is used for transmitting electric energy. The passive digital lock sensor end is used for finishing unlocking and locking through a magnetic force generated by electricity and receiving electricity transmitted by the digital key end. The electronic key password is read from the digital key end and is verified. When the electronic key password is correct, the unlocking process is finished. The digital lock is used for a cable wellhead cover plate so that steal and damage of the cable in the cable wellhead are prevented.
